The only way to not loose all your tokens , btc or cash is jut to not gamble at all . Gambling often turns as a quite enjoyable activity that you can kill time with or just do whenever you are bored . You can occasionally go to land based casinos or just have a trip to vegas for the sake of fun , but on the long term run gambling is just like any other addiction , with all the pejorative-ness that the word "addiction" has .It is a very unhealthy activity for both your moral and pocket , and it's bad effects could even reach your family or people that you care for .

Of course the only way not to loose your tokens or bitcoin is to really stop gambling. But the questions is can you? For an addicted gambler to really quit, it should come from within inside. Just maybe, you wake up and just tell yourself that you are going to quit. The only reason that I was able to quit gambling is because I don't have the money to begin with. But now, since I'm earning decent amount from my business, I started to go back to land based casino, but this time I have total control of myself and I just play for time and just enough money in my pocket. Its indeed a very unhealthy specially in your pocket, but those who are addicted didn't see this. What their mindset is that all the tokens or bitcoin is just for gambling and in the end, everything is gone in an instant.

People always get carried away by the thrill of gambling and by the time they come to their senses they would have lost all the money gambling, if OP knows he has a problem, then he should find ways and means to combat it before it gets too serious. Take a break from gambling for a while and seek help as well.

I think you may be right already by acknowledging that gambling perhaps isn't for you, fair to say its not for everyone.  I won't simply say stop gambling because i find that is easier said than done.  I think you should definitely think about why you gamble and what attracts you to it.  Do you gamble when happy, sad, bored etc.  Think also of it as, you keep losing all your money one gambling. 
Its a good step you've taken by seeking advice and help, while you're making your considerations, it's a good idea to step back and take a break.  Gambling can be an enjoyable past time but if there is no discipline, equally there would be no limit to the damage a gambling addiction can cause in one's life.

if gambling is not for you then I suggest stop it as early as possible so that it won't make you loose even more soon but your not alone my friend , I think almost  all of us are also unlucky and unfortunate when it comes to gambling because gambling is indeed very risky and should not be recommended to play in the first place. If you are bored then find another hobby like playing video games or open your social media accounts to watch and read on some entertaining stuffs to past the time.

You can't lose by not betting is all. There's 0% gain but at the same time there's also 0% loss. The risk is 0% and the chance of the method actually working out is 100%. And since you said that gambling might not be for you, then might as well quit it while that is still on your mind.

If you do make gambling as a hobby then you are really at risk on becoming an addicted one which you should really quit as soon as possible because not only those coins would lose up but all of your assets once addiction would hit you. There are really lots of hobbies to choose from not only gambling, like sports hobbies and other which doesnt involve money.

Gambling is meant for the people who can afford to lose money and still they don't have to worry about the money needed in future.If you can't afford to lose then better stop gambling.If you want to earn money then better start trading it will give good amount of income and it also can be considered as hobby.

I think losing is normal but always losing is just like wasting your money and time, you should look for another way of entertain yourself that would not make you lose all the time. Gambling gives us a chance to win but the losing percentage is bigger therefore we have to realize that so we will be able to do the proper approach, minimize the risk by just gambling for fun or improve your skills to have a better chance to make it a long term and successful journey.

The reason people gamble is to make big amount of money in a short period of time and the thrill of waging your money and you wont get that kind of thrill in any form of trading.  If you think that gambling is not meant for you,why the hell bother to do as if it is a compulsory sport for everyone to participate.It is all about luck that you win some.

we only need to know that gambling is not good for us if we play for a long time and it's good if he has realized and not too often playing gambling. I think the best tips is don't use the money that you use for another thing, control your emotions if you are lost and think that playing gambling is only for fun. when you can do this, you can avoid losing all of your token on gambling. I know it will be hard for everyone but if we try, at least we have the opportunity to keep the rest of our tokens.

The best way to prevent you from loosing your token is to stop it, you see yourself as not productive on that, then how can you still be happy on that situation. Gambling is ok but if you feel bad on it then stop it, at least you save yourself from greed always do it at your own risk.

That is quite true, gambling is not something you should be addicted to and try to profit from. Gambling is just some sort of way to entertain yourself. Well, think about it like drugs. Drugs actually make you feel good, but too much of it gets you addicted. That is why it is banned by governments. The chance of getting addicted to drugs is pretty high and not everybody has a high tolerance to addiction. If you just play for fun, then the chances of you getting addicted is quite lower.

There is no spell that can make you stop gambling and suddenly make you recover what you lost, while you were gambling. Best way to gamble and not loose everything is to make asset class allocation, it's something most of the gamblers don't do and they end up paying a huge price. This way, you define your gambling limit and you only play that much and come back later if it's your bad day.

Why the people lose their money because they gamble for a long time and if in middle they win, they will continue to gamble and at the end they lose all their money because gambling is overall a bad thing and as much people I know who gamble online or offline they have lost all their savings and much more, because when you cross the limits then it will harmful for you. If you gamble for fun then its ok but don’t cross the limits ever.
