Then do not use all your tokens to gamble. Or in other words do not use too much of your token, if gambling is your "when I'm bored" hobby, then you do not need to use too much to do your hobby. Too much use of your token means you're increasing your chances of losing a lot of tokens. The more you use the greater the risk.

People always get carried away by the thrill of gambling and by the time they come to their senses they would have lost all the money gambling, if OP knows he has a problem, then he should find ways and means to combat it before it gets too serious. Take a break from gambling for a while and seek help as well.

That is where the main problem starts for a whole lot of people. With this forum, I really do not expect anyone to have learned that there is no way they can always win in gambling and unless they just want to have fun, they should just stay away as gambling is not an investment and there is no way anyone can get anything from it rather than losing.

We ,dont have a tips in how to not lose your token in gambling,but we have an advice to not lose all you have worked token and turn into nothing,and thats is "control" when  you receive a profits from your invedtment or something tokens coming from your bounty campaign or mining,you must separate the half of your labor token and make this as your savings and just forget it,that you have a savings,while the other half  is what you muat enjoy in gambling games and try to control yourself that if you lose you must quits and dont go back again and try your luck next time.
