I just want to let people know that all Xapo enabled faucets are currently and have been experiencing issues over the last few days. It's very difficult to know exactly what the problem is at this point, and Xapo has been silent despite my multiple attempts to reach out to support.
I have personally had growing concerns with Xapo over the last month or so, and I know for a fact many of you have too. They seem to have even more ridiculous transaction fees than all the other web wallets and now this. I'm not resting easy.
I never kept more than a few hundred dollars in my Xapo wallet at any given time, but I just removed all but enough to support my faucets for the next few days because I have lost all faith in them as a company and do not trust them holding my funds. I have always been a huge proponent of Xapo, but unfortunately I am becoming wary with all the changes and lack of transparency coming from them. I do not want to spread unnecessary FUD but I do think it's fair to make this statement and make others aware so you can all make your own educated decision.
