Bitstamp, what's going on?

Hi guys,

does anybody know what's going on with Bitstamp? I sent a SEPA deposit 3 days ago and I still have to receive it, I sent an email to the customer service and didn't get any answer.
I just checked their Facebook page and there are a lot of people complaining about missing deposits, withdrawal problems, verifications that have been pending for weeks... And no one can get an answer from them.

Should I starting to get worried?
