I don't understand what you're trying to ask? below coins? and you have not mentioned any coins below? You want us to give you coin suggestions? Who can be bought with 50 satoshi? You should elaborate your topic a little more.

I went through all the altcoins below $10M market cap and unless you're just trying to pump undeveloped/idle coins or coins with old tech, there's only a couple on my list that are any good, and one I just bought this morning that's traded on poloniex is Pascal (PASC) ... active development with unique technology that allows the blockchain to be trimmed down over time, with improvements to scalability being actively done. Here's their version 2 whitepaper that just came out. https://github.com/PascalCoin/PascalCoin/blob/master/PascalCoinWhitePaperV2.pdfThis and Xtrabytes are my 2 favorite sub 50M marketcap coins as of right now. I buy real tech and active development, not worthless stuff just because it's cheap.

I was really talking about new coins around <= 50 satoshit hough that have lots of potential but still are undervalued. Do you have any of those?

I have feeling that people are in rush now and digging through, the old announcements in hope they can find good opportunity and revive something dead. This is good time for all crypro but some limitation still exists. Instead of this better focus yourself on coins which are already on Bittrex and Poloniex.

Siacoin.
Not really below 50 satoshi but definitely a promising coin to look out for. It is currently valued at 500 sat but it is better than alot of the other shitcoins out there that are just duplicates and have no purpose. Siacoin is the future of online file storage. A similar coin (STORJX) is already valued at 37k sat.
Good luck!

50 satoshi is an extremely small amount of money even for fiat, I am not even talking about cryptos. I think that an okay coin is definitely worth more than 1$ and closer to $15. Nevertheless, if we increase your 50 satoshi to 150, there is quite a good coin around. The famous dogecoin. At least, doge is (was) used in some casinos and people talk about it. It is based o litecoin but unfortunately the total supply is potentially infinite. Nevertheless, Doge already participated in charity programs and sponsored Josh Wise's ride. And, as stated on coindesk: "dogecoin likely won’t see a technological death".

Take a look at KidsCoin (KIDS) on yobit. It is around since yesterday and has some very low walls, all way below 1BTC.
Currently at 3 sat. Definitely has the potential to at least double your investment if enough people go into this.

If a coin is around only 50 satoshi value, you better do not invest your money in it. Go ahead and find better options, but these shall not be lower than 1k satoshi.
