I am new here and have been cheated couple of times already. I should have been careful anyways.

I am looking to buy BTC via paypal. I am looking to deal with trusted members only because of previous scams.

I can accept any conditions from reputed members.

You see, in a paypal to bitcoin deal, the person that should be trusted is the one paying with paypal. Not the other way around.

In your case, you are the one paying paypal. Though you can still get scammed, but generally people with no trust are usually avoided when your payment method for the exchange is paypal as there are so much paypal chargebacks that have happened and usually people without trust just don't care about their reputation here.
