qtgui_deps_1.zip where to download (old link seems broken)

I was trying to compile MultiCoin for windows to use it to generate a genesis block but when I went to download qtgui_deps_1.zip the link is broken.

does anyone know if someone has already created an up to date windows binary of multicoin that I can download to make this easier or where can I get these dependency files to compile it myself.
