When Trump will reach legendary popularity among world media from his position as president, his name as brand name can start to use in cosmetic or fast food industry and make good money. For example, Trump soap, hotdog etc.

The credibility earned over the years. I doubt that some well-known brand in the world wants to embarrass himself by any ties to Trump. Regardless of will be impeached or not, but Trump will always remain a traitor to America's interests. On the contrary it can alienate potential buyers.

This is already happening and I'm pretty sure there are Trump branded products in some third world countries. Just like there were Hitler fireworks and waffles in some Arab country. Also in the future some fast food chain might name a sandwich for example after him. A sandwich consisting mostly of carrots lets say, cause you know, they joked about his orange skin color.

Trump himself could easily enter the fast food industry by purchasing some unsuccessful but relatively developed business and refinancing it with his own money. In fact as far as I remember he had his own stakes restaurant in New York and personally starred in the commercial, claiming his stakes were the best there is.

Have Trump has a chance to become just advertising garbage. Nobody wants that his products was a loser. Trump is the only American President who became a lame duck the day after the inauguration. Maybe he'll continue the record and will be the first President who was removed through impeachment?
