I have here one of these Arctic Accelero Xtreme 5970 coolers for sale:

It does a great job keeping a 5970 cool.  Mine ran about 10C cooler on average while mining than it did with the factory cooler, and was nice and quiet too.

These are no longer made by the manufacturer, and are hard to find.

The package says it carries a 6 year warranty.

Includes the heatsink/fan itself, VRM cooler block, instructions, and the retail package.  I'm also including a fresh set of thermal pads, so it's essentially ready to install.

Yeah, well, part of the reason bitcoin value is seen as volatile is the practice of tying the price of things to fiat currencies, even when they are sold for bitcoins.

I'm selling this for BTC, which is what I hope to end up with.  I have no plans to take the sale proceeds and then sell them for fiat currency.

If you feel like it should be priced lower on a given day due to BTC's exchange rate against USD, then feel free to make a lower offer.

I still have this on hand actually, plus another one.

The one includes the VRM cooler and thermal pads, like in the OP.

The second one also has the original packaging, but is missing the VRM cooler and does not include fresh thermal pads.

Feel free to make offers for either.  Obviously the price suggested in the OP is outdated now. 

I'll watch the thread this time so I don't miss them.

I prefer to ship within the US, but I can do international.  Be aware that these are heavy and intl shipping will be costly.
