Howdy all,

Hope this is the right place to ask because i need expert help with getting my ASUS LGA 1151 STRIX Z270E GAMING Intel Z270 ATX Motherboard to recognise 4 1080 ti's.

Hardware build :

ASUS LGA 1151 STRIX Z270E GAMING Intel Z270 ATX Motherboard ( bios 0801)


Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8 GHz QuadCore 6 MB Cache


Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3000


4 X ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI ROG Strix Edition 11 GB GDDR5X 1708 MHz PCI Express 3 Graphics Cards with usb riser cards etc

EVGA Gold 1600w modular psu.

Windows 10 creator edition ( due to updated nvidia driver)

system works perfectly with 2 cards, but fails toi recognise if I plug in the other 2

PCIE slots

x16/8
x8
x4
4x1

I am pretty sure i am missing something here perhaps with resources etc, but i need some experienced advice from a pro.

Did you install each video card one at a time & then the install driver,then reboot after each??

No, is not the right place. This area is for Bitcoin hardware only and BTC hardware has been exclusively the realm of ASIC's for several years now.
