You are trying to spend from 1HwpvMWMjNzc75KcvGt4szLGDocRiDrfJH. From what I can tell, the two unconfirmed transaction do not have an opt-in RBF flag. RBF transactions will not be broadcasted by nodes if your conflicting transactions do not have opt-in RBF enabled to signal for its ability to get replaced.
Without this, you will need a miner who is willing to include your new transaction or you cannot do anything. You have to wait for the nodes around the network to drop your transaction from their mempool before your newer transaction can be broadcast. Try it when you don't see the unconfirmed transactions anymore.
Is there anything I can do?
Assuming that you're using Electrum, there is nothing much you can do. You have to stop everyone + your client (its hard for Electrum) from rebroadcasting your transaction so this is rather hard.
However, you can use CPFP to increase the fee of the whole transaction chain to incentivise the miners to mine your transaction. Just right click the unconfirmed transaction and select a high fee to speed the process up.
