You could use paxful to buy bitcoin with skrill and any other payment method you could imagine, then send bitcoin to exchange to buy litecoin.

As it stated up the OP is not accepting escrow and is already painted in red. So some caution would be mandatory in this transaction. For 800 dollars transaction, although its not that much money is still a big transaction for this forum, so i would definitely consider an escrow...
