Poloniex Level 2 ou 3 accounts really take weeks?

Hey guys.
Did anyone was able to verify your account to level 2 or corporate on Poloniex?

I have a guest that I strongly recommended to trade a few with them and I regreting this everyday for a while now. The thing is, he is freaking out since he decided to withdraw a part of it and disovered that he can't. He asked to upgrade to level 2 and that has been more than 2 weeks without a single answer from Poloniex Staff. Now, he wants to withdraw all of it and is driving me crazy.

Does anyone knows how much weeks they need to read a few lines and press this holy button of approve? The corporate level takes more time than that?

Appreciate any help. Really.

Personally my BTC withdrawal is never processed for more than 4 days, I've seen people still asking their approval and claimed they asked for the withdraw since 1 month ago!

DO NOT DEPOSIT INTO THIS EXCHANGE UNTIL THEY ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR CLIENT.
