So I sign up wagerr.com, and I transfer my 0.9 bitcoin to the designated wallet.

But I worried that all i have 1 hour for transfer.

In my opinion, Bitcoin transfer usually takes more than 3 hours.

What happened, if Bitcoin is not delivered within 1 hour.

You will get refunded if you don't get in. The ICO is not really high demand so you will get in, no worries.
