Basically, you need to set your client in server mode by making a bitbar.conf file in your AppData/Roaming/BitBar folder with contents like this:

rpcuser=username
rpcpassword=password
rpcallowip=*
rpcport=8100
daemon=1
server=1
gen=0

block_nTime=1312972665
block_nNonce=2094524493

RPC Port can be whatever. RPCAllowIP should be only your internal mining IPs, but * will work for testing. Username and password should be changed to something else that isn't guessable . . .
