What I see is since launch 20 million + 5 million, Dev wallet tokens were not moved, which means Dev did not cash out those atleast, which means its not completely gone.
There is some hope here. Lets see if I am right or wrong

How he can move it if BAS not need nobody ? Best thing dev can do is remove his wallet.dat and forget this shameful story.
