I'm used to these kind of graphs man, And either way, it depends on the users on how they will handle these crashes and pumps. And I just hope these graph is true, been waiting for the $3000 and $10000 bitcoin price for a while now. And when the price always pump, as I can see at the graph, the users are always thinking that it is a bubble, I think maybe because some users sell their bitcoins that's why the price dumps.

I just love the comment of that guy:

"Stop posting articles until I've finished acquiring my Crypto please!!  "

THat's exactly what's it's all about. You can't do anything but see the price rise and rise and rise. Simply because number of btc is increasing but not as fast as the number of users. And in the end we all know that there won't be btc for everyone so the only logical way to handle this wave is by surfing on it.

We really  enjoyed the crazy rallies we were experiencing a few month back.  Many people are believing this can  be a bitcoin bubble same as of the bubble in the end of 2013, but this time it is on a large scale and in this many people are gonna lose much more money than the previous bubble.Still reminding us we aren't in a bubble, which is good. Also there are other factors.Compared to fiat bitcoin price is volatile and cant  get intervened. This raises so many problems to governmets which wants to give a legal status to cryptocurrencies.Japan and Russia coming forward and accepting the Bitcoin and its technology. it's the time to buy before next uptrend. I always will be hawkish in this market Cool

Yes, the price crashes from time to time but everytime that happens it gets back to its feet then climbs even higher than where it was before. That mechanism happens even years ago. The only difference is how high the price is nowadays.

Whether that's true or not, I have strong belief in bitcoin that it will go more or less $5000 in a couple of months and when that happens, that's when I will withdraw all my funds. For now I'm just going to accumulate it. It's fun playing with bitcoins, really.  Cheesy

I am also very optimistic about bitcoin. But I'm not sure that in just a couple of months we will see a price close to $ 5,000. I do not see any events in the future that can provoke such growth

The moment I had read the those speculations about bitcoin bubble which they thought gonna burst is, I went into laughter. How can a very popular currency doing good hit of price in the marketplace will bubble burst? Well I think that those rumors created by investors doing unfair ways just to divert other users, in order to creat confusing decisions that may result to quick selling decisions. But for now I saw that there is no effectivity of their strategy, people were very clever on reading forum topics and they couldn't be easily diverted just for an speculations; which has no proof.

many of us is optimistic like you, i think many of us will see the price is increase until that price soon. no matter what is happen in bitcoin world, i think the price will be still increase like people want but yes it needs a time before its increase higher. but i am not withdraw all of my bitcoin because i am sure that the price is going to go up more than $5000 in the future and until that time is come, i want to earn more bitcoin and save it into my wallet so i can withdraw to fill my bank account and i can use it to buy something that i want.

" The true potential value of cryptocurrencies will not become visible until the global economy experiences a catastrophic collapse of debt and/or a major fiat currency. These events are already baked into the future, in my view; nothing can possibly alter the eventual collapse of the current debt/credit bubble and the fiat currencies that are being issued to inflate those bubbles. "

Cannot agree more with this statement. The biggest bubble is in the Fiat system and critics chose to ignore that. We have seen several Bubbles

burst more or less every 10 years in the Fiat system. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-04-22/visual-history-all-asset-bubbles

Let these people point a finger at Bitcoin being a bubble, but let's remind them of their own bubbles.  Grin

"The wild card in cryptocurrencies is the role of Big Institutional Money. When hedge funds, insurance companies, corporations, investment banks, sovereign wealth funds etc. start adding bitcoin et al. as core institutional holdings, the price may well surprise all but the most giddy prognosticators."

This is interesting insight - it is 100% logical and correct assumption - but will we really have something like institutional money flow into BTC in the future?
Bitcoin ETFs were so far be nipped in the bud by SEC - what should change so SEC your accept Bitcoin as valid asset?

Of course it will, but the important part of that chart is what has happened after the bubble has burst, the dust has settled, and then the advance begins again. The bubble bursting is a buying opportunity.

Bubbles are healthy for the market. We should anticipate them and see them for what they are - opportunity!

Correction is possible on bitcoin price and I think that have already happened few days ago, price jumped from $2700 to $1900 and now already on uptrend. Current bullish trend is not a bubble there is strong buy support at $2000 and that is new floor for another pump.

Yes thats a very old strategy used by some bitcoin holders to create panic among new investors and make them sell their holdings at cheaper price. It worked earlier but no more.People have realized from their past experiences that bitcoin price is to rise and its unstoppable.Let them try some other techniques.

And in the end we all know that there won't be btc for everyone

why ?

1 BTC = 100 000 000 satoshis.
And we have Segwit + Lightning Network ... for november 2017.

Agrre with m0gliE. Even if it goes fast and everything is mined the proportion is still not equal. 16m or 15m of bitcoin estimated numbers after some are lost. Still that number would not fit for each bitcoin user if it is 1:1.
We would need a higher value of bitcoin so that even with satoshis everyone could at least have a hold of it.

It didn't dip below $2000 the last time whales were dumping and so I guess its all going to go up to 3k. If it don't, it wouldn't dip below 2k too so its going to plat around 2200 and up and will eventually bubble to 3,500. If you are also looking into this, you'd start dumping your tokens using a sell wall and prepare for btc rise.
