I'm setting up a website to sell bitcoin to customers and buy bitcoin from them as well..
I want a mechanism or a merchant or something i will use it to sell to customers automatically.
they will buy the bitcoin from my website using mobile money (its a mobile banking in Ghana)

you will need specific coding assistance, i would try a website for developers like stackoverflow for questions relating to the coding of such things really

From the way you asked the question it's better you let someone develop this website for you from scratch because even if you're provided with the lead I doubt if you can create it yourself but you'll rather come with more follow up questions. Just pay for someone to get it done for you.
