How would escrow for Asicminer shares work (for the buyer)? BTC will be released upon verified transfer of shares?

I would think, shares and btc would be transferred to the escrow, the escrow releases both once both are received.

John K.'s escrow service is a great service, and I'd recommend him to anyone who asked about him.  I wouldn't hesitate to use John K. for escrow in transactions in the thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars worth of bitcoin.

However, John K. is getting flooded with escrow requests, and occasionally isn't online when a user is trying to quickly set up an escrow. There are several other trusted members of the forum who also offer escrow, and who I would trust to hold escrow in most situations.

Thanks!

Know anyone (reliable) that does escrow services up to $100k (USD)?  How would one gauge that anyway...
