When you submitted your application you wasn't accepted because the acceptance of new participants to the Twitter campaign was temporarily paused.
There is clearly stated in the rules that participants can start accomplish tasks only after getting Acceptence - YES status.
You was accepted on February 22, starting from the Feb program week 4. Thanks for the report, week 4 was already counted to you.
You're accepted to the March program. Please read the rules and perform all needed tasks in order to get a full basic reward.
Full task = like, reply, retweet at least 3 OAX tweets per week and be active at least 2 days.
