BENEFITS OF THE OAX BOUNTY PROGRAM

1. Reward is on a weekly basis and is guaranteed even if you decide to leave the program

3. Bonuses and the Heightening Coefficient

BONUS

Rewards are determined for every specific campaign, in addition to Rewards participants can get a Bonus, which is counted in % to the final Reward:

+ 5% for Supporter 1, owns OAX
+ 10% for Supporter 2, owns 100+ OAX
+ 15% for Supporter 3, owns 500+ OAX
+ 20% for Supporter 4, owns 1000+ OAX

+ 5% to according Supporter Bonus for Early Bird, OAX Token sale participant

In order to be qualified as Supporter you should indicate your Payout address which has on balance according sums.

In order to be qualified as Early bird you should be a Token sale participant
(please provide email on which you registered during Token sale and your token sale TXID on Etherscan).
You can submit any address for the payment.

Please be attentive and don't state than you belong to Early birds or Supporters if you don't belong to these groups.
Bonuses are not applicable to the SOCIAL CIRCLE campaign.

All existing participants will get an according status in August with considering July and previous Rewards.
You can add OAX to your Payout address in order to get the according Supporter status.

THE HEIGHTENING COEFFICIENT

The heightening coefficient can be applied to the total sum of participant Rewards and Bonuses.
It can depend on BCT Rank, Reddit Karma, the kind and quality of Activity, the level of Impact, Engagement and other factors.
This Coefficient can be implemented by the OAX team decision after the end of August program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once an Ethereum address for payment is provided, it will not be changed.
Only you are responsible for the safety of your wallet and addresses.

Rewards and bonuses, quotas, size and distribution of the budget can be changed.
Changes can be implemented on a weekly basis and will apply to future weeks only.
Check current Basic rewards, quotas and free places in the BASIC REWARDS sub-sheet in the Public Spreadsheet.
The work of participants will be checked after checkpoints and the rewards will be accrued accordingly to the check results.
August Bounty program Rewards and Bonuses will be paid during 2 weeks after the end of month.

All campaigns are subject to the OAX Bounty Program Terms and Conditions given at the end of this ANN.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Multiple accounts registrations, Spam, Abuse and Insults, Multiple signatures, Negative trust, Signature and/or Avatar change etc are not allowed.

The decisions made by OAX Foundation Limited (the “Foundation”) are final and binding. The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any new participants during or after token launch. By submitting email via Bounty registration form participants agree to get occasional updates about OAX promo campaigns and other Foundation activity. If you send us a submission for this bounty program, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not want to agree with these terms, do not send us any submissions or otherwise participate in this bounty program.

• You are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and have full capacity to accept these terms
• You are confirming the details you submitted are true and accurate
• You acknowledge that if you accept your bounty, you are solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the bounty and any required reporting obligations

• You acknowledge and agree to take all commercially reasonable measures to ensure that the goodwill and reputation of the Foundation is preserved and protected
• You acknowledge and agree that you shall, on demand, indemnify, defend and hold the Foundation and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, harmless against all claims, demands, actions or proceedings which may be made against any of such persons, and all damages, liabilities, losses and costs (including, without limitation, legal fees), which any of such persons may suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part in relation to this bounty program resulting from your misrepresentations (wherever fraudulent, reckless or negligent), negligence, fraud, misconduct or bad faith wherever it was wanton, intentional, reckless or negligent.

The Foundation has the absolute discretion to determine whether the bounty conditions have been met. Any disputes or claim arising out or in connection with the bounty program shall be be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
