Amazon is preferred by most of the users for the mining equipment requirements. You could finding through it or just go through the entire mining section you can get the right solution for it. Also in our forum some used to sell through the goods section.

There will be more possibilities to get those GPUs from some Europe/Asian countries as there will be less users compared to USA. I suggest you to post a WTB topic in Goods/Computer hardware section and through escrow I guess there will be plenty of our forum members will be preferring to help you.

Too bad for all of you guys that are looking for GPU's such as rx4xx - 5xx. There is a massive shortage from the manufacturers, I think just wait for a month or two they are now trying to re-build their GPU's because they know now why there's a shortage of their GPU and why there's a massive demand about it because they realize that many are mining now.

It's a global crisis for the suppliers/manufacturers of GPU's, I have friends abroad like in Hongkong, Taiwan and Saudi Arabia I've been asking them to look for same model of GPU but unfortunately the same problem, they don't have supply anymore. There are some hoarders or gpu miners that are buying and investing on it.

Yes, world wide almost all the countries are running short of fulfilling GPU needs. Here is the recent article on this : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/mining-for-bitcoin-price-boom-leads-to-amd-gpu-sell-outAfter bitcoin hitting these big price levels, each and every altcoin mining based new algorithms becoming so profitable hence people are rushing buying new GPUs for extending their hash power. I read some Asian countries are suffering electricity shortage suddenly, nut no official statement that mining is a root cause for that.

In what country you have read that is experiencing electricity shortage? It's a worldwide problem and since those companies didn't understand and doesn't have knowledge in bitcoin, they didn't have a mass production of their GPU's. I think they know now mining is the root cause of this shortage because of alt coin mining.

Who would have known. What are Nvidia and AMD doing to meet the demand for their GPU's then? And surely theres now a market big enough for a 3rd manufacturer to enter the fray and compete profitably. It wont be surprising to see a Chinese GPU manufacturer for cryptocurrency mining soon.

I usually buy gpus and rest of tech stuff in my local tech stores, i checked amazon for this gpu but didn't find any, so i guess it will be very hard to buy for bitcoins if you want to do that. If i were you i would go to local tech stores and maybe you can order one from there, but again, if you want to buy one using bitcoins it probably not going to happen, just buy one with fiat money if you'll get a chance

i think you can trying to search in online website like amazon or ebay because i think in that site, you can found many GPU that you want and you can directly buying with your credit card. i think in one seller, you can use your bitcoin to pay the hardware because i have seen this before and its not for all sellers. or if you want, you can try to visit in aliexpress and search GPU you want, in that site, you can contact the seller and asked if you want to use bitcoin for the payment.

That made many altcoin mining highly profitable hence many people are entering into mining using GPUs. I guess this type of shortage may continue in coming years too unless otherwise those computer peripherals manufactures improve their productions to meed the mass demand.

Sometimes investors buy up the entire stock of a commodity to have a monopoly over the market. Example years ago someone bought up europe's entire supply of cocoa beans(chocolate). A British businessman has purchased Europe’s entire cocoa supply in a move analysts say could be an attempt to control the market and drive prices to historic highs, the U.K.’s Daily Telegraph reports. More than 241,000 tonnes of cocoa beans — enough to fill five Titanics — was the largest single cocoa transaction in the past 14 years. The loot is worth more than $1.7-trillion and the sale has effectively placed a large portion of the world’s cocoa supply into the hands of one mysterious trader whose intentions are unknown. http://news.nationalpost.com/news/europes-entire-cocoa-supply-bought-out-analysts-suspect-market-corneringIt is possible something similar is happening with second hand GPU's which might normally be bought in bulk for mining purposes.
