This bug occurs not for every user.

I just created a dummy account and http://bter.com/myaccount/withdraw/CNC works fine.

Whereas for my real account, where I have funds in it, I get this SQL error message.

i have no problem of exchanges being under maintainance , it's better to fix bugs. i;m sad that pools are under heavy ddos and we have to switch workers constantly

He means that people are making small sell orders to drop the price to see if people with big amounts of coin panic and sell, which has not happened because the transactions are for small values.
