Buying Bitcoins via Paypal - Safe?

Hi Guys,

New to the forum and excited to be a part of the community. I currently buy bitcoins and other cryptos via Bitfinex but am starting to look for alternatives. I am especially looking for ways to be able to buy Bitcoins using Paypal. I see there are quite a few sites offering this but wonder if these are safe and there are any recommendations?

To take it one level further, would be awesome if there are sites that allow purchasing of altcoins via bitcoing as well.

How about you search the forum first?
Is getting really ridiculous , there are at least 20 threads if you search for topics under 1 year
