Author Topic: Bitcoin not arriving in one of my wallets  (Read 354 times)

Hi

I sent Bitcoins from a web wallet to my Armory wallet 1, the tx has 12 confirmations on blockchain explorer, but still nothing in Armory...

Later, I sent Bitcoins from a web wallet to my Armory wallet 2, they arrived almost instantly... but still nothing in wallet 1...

I exited Armory and started again, it's online and up to date, but still nothing in walet 1...

What could I try to resolve this, please ?

And :

I Rescanned the balance, in Help menu, but nothing...

And for the wallet 2 where the Bitcoins arrived, Armory still shows a red 0 confirmations on the line before the date, on Transactions tab, but in blockchain explorer tells me 4 confirmations...

This is very bad, I really need to use quickly the money not arrived on wallet 1 to pay urgent big invoices, please help...

Windows 10, Armory 0.96 an Bitcoin Core 0.14.1

I ran Bitcoin Core only, until it was sync. Then I stopped Core and ran Armory, but nothing changed.
Armory is online, and at bottom right, block 466000 (or something above 466000)

Do you have to use armory for your transaction? You could import your private key to a wallet that doesn't require syncing the blockchain to complete the transaction. Multibit would be an option.

Hope that you can give us the transaction id so that we don't know what is the problem that is why you are not receiving it on armory.
Or maybe you are using armory wallet not updated..
give us the TXID or the bitcoin address where you send it  or the address where you holding you bitcoin before you send. so that we can give what exactly  you can do to fix your issue in receiving..

Make crypto as your bank.

A "Rebuild and rescan databases" on top of all I already did corrected the problem.
