I can't find the pictures but some astronomers said that some things seen on pictures could be warpdrive space ships starting far far away... interesting...

Quite possible. We yet very a great deal we do not know and does not see. An universe is endless, as me it seems to, and in her much all interesting and enigmatic.

Sure, I just wonder how someone can take a photo from that angle, that's probably fake. I believe even satellites can't go that far as this and considering a satellite as the one getting this. It would be impossible to retrieve information from billion light years distance.

I believe that this is possible, but we have not yet reached a level so that we can clearly take pictures of these ships or approach them close enough. There is still time for development in the study of this space.
