That's probably because It's already available on desktop. Currently It's web-based. So you can access the iDice Platform and play right from your Desktop Computer. iDice is only putting more focus on bringing It's Dice gambling platform to Mobile like a native android Application.

This is currently our beta release and we acknowledge that we have used etheroll's contracts as a reference. Our contract source code can be found on: https://idice.io. Dice contracts are all similar due to use of open source blockchain-based oraclize.it to retrieve random integers supplied by Random.org via TLSNotary. The iDice smart contract then performs encryption on the integer provided by random.org and  the IPFS address of the TLSN proof to compute the game result. We've also contracted random.org for our own API keys, so we are not associated with any others. This way, we ensure that iDice will generate random numbers without 3rd party interference of the games final result. We'd love to add that our platform beta release is extremely popular as we've received nearly 1000 with positive feedback from our players. Our official iDice mobile and desktop platforms will feature an optimized source code to deliver a smooth and reliable user experience.

We currently already have a desktop version of our platform available online at https://idice.io. We will have a fully functioning desktop platform and a mobile platform without any functional differences other than a slightly different user interface!

Its only the beta version right now. The full version release will feature a completely redesigned UI and game animations so stay tuned!
