What kind of customisation are you after? If it's something like an engraving then I'm sure there are some companies that could do that for a slight premium. If you're trying to personalise it in terms of shape then you'd have to pay a mint which would be quite expensive considering the due fees and minimum order requirements.

Edit: Alternatively just buy plain gold rounds/bullion and hire someone to do the engraving. That would be the cheapest option.

Thanks for the tips, it is not available for sale in my area and the online stores are requesting for to much personal data. I want a birthday message engraved on it.
