Market Depth on Clarkmoody Problems

Does anyone else have problems seeing this ?
For me sometimes it shows sometimes it does not, mostly not, which is mildly annoying.
Also the charts sometimes just disappear completely without touching anything.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

And yes, I have ticked the box, 'show market depth'. And unticked it ... and ticked again. And refreshed a dozen times
