Siacoin VS Stratis - Future prospects

I really like Siacoin - been trading it on Poloniex. Some on the trollbox there think it's going to $1/each.

Both are amazing in my opinion. But if you had to choose one for most returns, I'd have to say SIA.

Siacoin (SC) is a cryptocurrency and technology that was innovated at MIT at a hackathon in 2013. Siacoin’s blockchain has a technology that allows smart contracts to be created for digital storage. Essentially this could spawn the next Dropbox or Amazon AWS. But instead of Siacoin doing that directly they allow other partners like hosts to connect and compete for the business of consumers via their technology. It is a little early for Siacoin but big developments are already happening. Once they have a few more big use cases things could really take off. Their technology could be backing the next Dropbox or Amazon AWS. And if you have ever paid Amazon AWS hosting or storage costs, you know that needs to be distrupted and made cheaper. Siacoin’s blockchain technology could be the solution.

I'm holding it on poloniex right now but will research cold storage options and get back to you. Anyone else have a cold storage recommendation?

SIA can be hit $1 but need more than 1 years ,,
in my mind STRAT is the next ethereum, so this coin have a good future too

With Microsoft Azure stamped on its main website, Stratis have moved a lot of people to start investing.

On their other hand, alot has been said about siacoin on cryptoforums and their cloud computing future, why is there no solid partner like Stratis got MS Azure?

I have no idea what Siacoin is yet, I have to look into it, because I keep hearing about it and I keep ignoring it.

Stratis.. it may be a good idea to hold some in case ETH collapses. I don't know how Stratis scales. Can it have the same problems as ETH is having? because if that's the case then there's no point. It may have the plus of being C# which is more accessible for devs but if the thing doesn't scale and we end up the same as ETH then it's pretty much pointless beyond some short term speculation.

I would hold both of them, it depends on how they will behave on the market. Which projects they will try to release and what ideas will come up from developers. They are tottaly identical at the moment.

Neither of them has a bright future in my eyes. Stratis lost its reputation after they failed to deliver updates on several deadline. Not sure about Siacoin, but it for sure lost its momentum.

both are great project with different type,
so just make an investments in both

Who is the world tells you that there is a partnership between Stratis and Microsoft, just write Microsoft to confirm, early last year everyone was getting added to microsoft azure. To be unless people can't see the hand writing on the wall, Stratis project will stall because there has not been much coming from the team

For me I think the ones that has more prospects would be Siacoin. Although both of these coins are a good investment for the future and I am currently holding both of these coins but I am holding them for a couple more years though because I do believe these coins will have a place in the future.
