I am having 10 Bitcoins right now, I am a gambler but never did both of those mentioned: Trading / Investing.
Which option should i proceed with? A small guideline will help me alot.

I'd start out small; 10BTC is still a lot of money, and percentage wise it doesn't matter if you trade with 10 or 1 BTC. As soon as you get good results with 1 BTC you could trade with more BTC.

Welcome on board, Instead of suggesting you any single option, I would try to give you a short idea of both the options. Trust me, both the options are far better than gambling.

Trading is something that making profits from the short term movements of the price chart. You can take the marginal advantage with the features like  leverage in trading which enables you to create a position of higher amount without actually investing that much amount. You can multiply your returns (profits or loss) with that feature.

Investing is something that you buy some coins and forget about it for the minimum period of a year, two or more. It is intended to earn profits in the long term. People who bought bitcoins in 2010/2011 got multi fold profits on their investments.

You better do both because with 10 bitcoin you can do whatever you want, trading and investment it is something positive work than you play gambling and all have their respective risk.

If gambling is currently working for you, I suggest you just keep it that way for you to have that amount which is in no way a small amount and the reason for that is because in the case of investing, you need to be very sure and lot of analysis couple with several sacmas all over the internet, it might be hard to make a decision. In the case of trading to which sometimes could be profitable and at the same time could be an haphazard decision if proper understanding of the market is not obtained and knowing to right time to either sell or buy.

If i were you and I had 10 BTC I wouldn't do anything and I wouldn't risk because this amount of bitcoin will worth too much soon.
But if you want to have more BTC, trading and investing both are good choices for you. Notice that both trading and investing are risky like gambling that you know much better than me. With this amount of BTC you can be a good option for scammers. Just don't invest your BTCs without adequate cautions.
And why don't continue to gamble?

Both of them are beneficial for you. Invest in some ICOs will also benefit you and after that you can start trade with that coins and right now if you will hold your bitcoin then it is also profitable.

What investment do you want? Online or you want to take it on real world? A BTC1 is enough capital to build a small investment on real world like, small cafeteria, small eatery, mini store, apparrel and clothes, goods, beauty products or any related things to that. If online, a simple holding of Bitcoin is one of the best risk that is worth to try.

In trading, where you are now in terms of trading knowledge? If you think you can deal with the risk of trading and knows somehow the basic of choosing coin then just proceed. BTC10 is a decent amount and you can used BTC1 as startup point if you want to do trading.

Couldn't have explained it better than myself. 10 BTC is actually a lot to invest or trade with but whatever you choose to do is entirely up you too. I also came from doing gambling and all and decided to do Altcoin trading to make better profits than that of gambling. And it is much easier to understand too, you also have an option to do short term or long term or combine both.

Whichever path you prefer, I would always advise spreading your chances.

Were all your bitcoin came from gambling?  If that so then, you are so good in gambling.  You are so lucky maybe.  Iy is nice to think about other strategy like investing and trading.  Trading is for short term but you will already see result or income.  Investing is for a long term, you would a lot a particular amount of bitcoin and forget about it for a period of time.  Both are good in their own ways.  Since you have a huge amount of bitcoin you could try both

Both of them is good but I prefer to do trading the profit from trading is better once you know how to trade and it will get better with experience, investing is good if you know where to invest, it is hard to find a legit investment place, and the profit usually is small but you don't need to do anything and it don't require any skill

I suggest you do both like invest half of your bitcoin and leave it for a year or two because we all know where the price of bitcoin is going right. Then make use of your remaining bitcoin and do try trading, keep your 5 btc running and do your best and if you profit from your 5 btc, invest that profit again and add it to your initial investment then keep your 5 btc running again.

I think you should trading altcoin because profits from trading altcoin is pretty good although it also has risks. If you have 10 bitcoins, I think you should keep 5 bitcoin and wait, 5 bitcoin use for trading, 4btc for long term investment (potential coin) and 1btc for short term (based on analytical skills reading charts to predict and choose), this is the plan I usually use, you can refer. Gambling will never bring good results, I suggest you stay away from it, if not, you could lose all the money

Do not go for trading nor investing your bitcoins. Just move them into cold storage. Re-start your gambling how you have entered there before achieving those 10 bitcoins. Come up with another 10 bitcoins and move them into cold storage again. I guess in next 2 years you may become a millionaire.

The point is, continue what you are familiar with and do not risk big with unfamiliar things.

I always have thought that this question is kind of obvious at least for me, because you can pretty much tell that trading is just investing your money: but not in any company, but into yourself.
If you can gather enough funds for purpose of doing many trades and to keep them safe, then it is all about your skills in doing that job. If you know cryptocurrency market very well, then probably you are going to make money on it: just from buying altcoins that might be worth more in future: because they have potential.
But if someone is much better in forex trading, or even in stocks then it will be the best choice to choose the market that you know the best.

Trading and investing is about the same thing: to multiply your money by doing correct financial decisions.

If you have no experience in either of them, then it might be better to do both but remember start small. Both investing and trading have their own risks, while trading has more risks compared investing, start small maybe 1BTC is ideal for you. Do investing first as it require less help and knowledge, for trading don't even think about trading unless you learn everything about it.

Alright, i am not going with the whole 10 to invest or trade. Will start with 1 BTC. But my main question is which one is more preferable right now?

Investing is not an option to increase your bitcoin because there is no way you find a reliable place to invest your bitcoin. All programs who promises to give daily profits on your invested amount will eventually run away with your money before your get your investment back. So never look for a place for investment. Till date I have not found one.

However, trading is a highly recommended method to get more and more bitcoin from your efforts. Trading has the ability to give you a huge profit if you can play it right. If you don't know what trading it, go to youtube and you will get a lot of videos which will explain trading in details. Start with a small amount and once you are comfortable with trading, increase the amount.
