At 6:25 PM (PDT), the store was opened up for orders of USB Block Erupters. The initial inventory of 800 units has almost sold out as of this post, and is probably in backorder by the time you read it.

Units will begin shipping on Monday, July 1st. A new order has already been placed for additional Block Erupters which will hopefully arrive by July 5th.

Not tried 3.3.1 myself but I can confirm this guide mentioned earlier works fine if you are having issues
