Someone should approach this professor at stanford  or ask if one of his students might be interested.

They should be interested in the fact cryptography is the basis for a new currency.

Sure we do. I have a sneaking suspicion that if we just wait the issue will resolve itself.

In the meantime we can do something constructive such as polish up a bitcoin article and maintain a list of resources.

Lets start a BountyPedia where people can earn bitcoins for writing articles that get accepted by wikipedia 

A proportion could be offered to wikipedia itself of course.
