I'm glad at least that somebody was able to figure out how this campaign works 
From the instructions on the page there is not much to conclude, I would say it is very poorly explained
It would be good if they then put a video tutorial on how to get into that project and participate.

You probably tipped some who were not artists. They do not pay a bonus on those.

I saw ArtByte added this to the rules:

"To join the event, your twitter account must be at least 90 days old, have a minimum of 25 tweets, and have a picture in the account icon."
