If you get the stench smell of a corpse then perhaps it is dead. But your experience shows it is in a state of coma, thriving between life and death Wink
I have used their service long back but at the same time now I do not find much feedback about it. It would be highly recommended to look for alternate services before they go complete dead.

I have the same problem,
I lost my iPhone (so my google Authenticator, so my 2FA verification codes, and so my coinapult account). I made a ticket in their website, #727658, I?ve called their office many times, but no answer nor action from them. I think coinapult is dead.

Please help me about this matter,

How long have you been waiting? Are you sure that you've called at the given time:

Business hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 – 18:00 (UTC -5)

Just to be clear coinapult is not dead but they look like one lol. Read this thread for further info: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2751146
Also, The fact that they're still on mycelium (AFAIK) means they're still in business.
