Can launch every client but JKC and BQC?

Weird problem. I have almost every client out there but when I try to launch BQC or JKC clients they never connect out to sync or show any active connections. Any ideas?

I've tried:
Compatibility mode for 32 bit (using win7 x64)
Wiping out AppData and trying again
Restarting system multiple times
No other clients open when I open BQC/JKC
From command line with -server option

Fine, i resolve this issus. WTF China Great FireWall!!
I use VPN to connect to USA, and restart the client, then it works.
Here is some IPs I connected, hope it's usefull:
