Hello. Has anyone had problems signing into Poloniex? For last 2 days when I try to log in I receive message that password is wrong.  I then change password and log in. Later when I try to log in I have to reset password. Account is now frozen. Waiting for response from support.

Support are normally quite quick. You should get a reply soon. Try clearing your browser see if that helps?

Probably someone else is accessing ur account and changing password aswell. Support saved ur ass probably.
Clean your computer, reinstall OS and contact support to unlock ur account.

Over 24 hours since I contacted support. Still no answer. Anything I can do?

You have to wait. They are the only one who can help you.

You mean you changed your password via FORGOT PASSWORD right? (obviously) and then when you are about to Reset Password (via link), your account have now been frozen? Maybe there's something wrong in the process or you might login your account multiple times with wrong password that triggered your account to be frozen. Anyways no matter what technical guesses we will say here, you must wait for them to response.

Every time I tried to log in it stated wrong password so I had to use forgot password to change and then log in. Next time I try to log in same thing happened. This happened for 2 days then last time I tried my account was frozen. Concerned I will not gain access to my account again.

Yes, Polo s been quite slow recently. I see they have closed down trollbox in order to reassign mods from it to deal with support requests. I read somewhere they train additional stuff, I guess it s gonna be slow for a few months until this issue gets resolved.

So, you have to be patient.

I see they have closed down trollbox in order to reassign mods from it to deal with support requests.

I do not understand why they simply did not hire more support staff, I'm going to miss the trollbox, any doubts I had, i ask in the trollbox and the answers were very fast.

Well i haven't encountered this situation but it the meantime.... I havr some just a little bit problem in poloniex log in also. Like after i put my login details it say's wrong but actually it's correct then i tried after it successfully log in. Anyways poloniex have some little problems

From reading your problem, I don't think the issue is with Poloniex, but you might have forgotten your password or entered the wrong one. Also due the fact that you were attempting to log in to your account many times without success would have led them to blocking your account for a limited period of time for security reasons.

Definitely used correct password but was not accepted. Changed password which let me log in one time. Later when I try to log in with the new password it says wrong password so have to change password again to log in one time. So it went on for two days until they froze account. It is now five days and account is still frozen.

This doesn't solve your current problem but next time use 2-factor authentication so it doesn't happen again.

I have a similar problem. I can log in to my account email, password 2fa.  however i need to create a ticket for support for another matter. When i go to the support page it logs me out, and to create a ticket i have to sign in again. Then it comes up with the same thing password and email do not match. So i can log in to my account but i cant log in to support to create a ticket, which means i cant even report the problem.  Huh? Any one else with this issue ? alva5763 has your issue been fixed? how did you get in to support to create a ticket? as it wants you to be logged in to do this

Freshdesk is a complete different system/site from poloniex trading frontend.
You need to create a new account into freshdesk with or without the same credentials (preferably different user and password).
