"Bitcoin Gospel". the documentary which converted me to become a Bitcoin investor. Less than a thousand, more than ten, most likely. I would be surprised if he had more and less than those rough estimates in his name right now. If he's above 1k then I would not only be surprised, but slightly curious as to when he would have bought in. It couldn't have been any time in the past few months if so, and he would have had to been investing a long time ago.

He is unstable a little :/ no he did not boycott bitcoin. maybe people need to stop reading reddit. however, gmaxwell loves monero. real question is with gmaxwells business invsted to the tune of $90m, fiat not bitcoin.. and gmaxwells adoration for monero.. how many bitcoins does gmaxwell hold. i guarantee you its is far far far far far far far far far less than $90m worth

He bought several hundred thousand when it was in the dollar range. As he was a millionaire long before he discovered BTC that can't have been much of a stretch.
I've no idea how many might be left but surely it's substantial. As he seems to have invested in almost every Bitcoin company in history, and none probably make a cent, it must be rather depleted. I suppose he's waiting to sell his stakes.

That is good profile of bitcoiner. What exactly made him so popular, the number bitcoins or early bird tag? He looks pretty good at it. I'm thinking if he is a CEO of a bitcoin related organisation then he don't need to worry about the fact how many bits he is really holding. But it is good inspiration that starting at the first point is always good, anybody gaining that chance would become millionaires in life. Bitcoin can really change person or the lifestyle itself.

I think he got to hold more than 1000 as he started pretty early. Even if he had only 1000, the market value today is almost $3M. From the video, which was filmed in 2015, it seems he is donig very well financially. He also own the domain name and the site Bitcoin.com. Just the domain name alone is worth over $1M. I just spotted this article talking about him. It is quite lengthy so I did not read it. If any one had read it and want to share the main points or feedback in this article, it will be superb. http://www.coindesk.com/passion-bitcoin-jesus-blockchains-beloved-investor-became-polarizing/

You post an article and want someone else to read it? You're obviously an important guy. Get your assistant to read it out loud.
Roger ver bought 300,000 coins. He gave a buddy 500 as a wedding present and 1000 to the electronic frontier foundation ,so these 1000 coin guesses are a joke.

Roger ver bought 300,000 coins.
That's what I have been reading throughout the various articles that had him as subject quite some time ago, but the main point isn't anymore what he had back in the days, but how much he is still holding today. I wonder if there is anyone with a list of addresses from which it is near-certain that they belong to him. I know for sure that a large chunk of his stash has been eaten through as he has made some solid investments into various sites and services throughout the years. It will take a while before he reaches a point where he at least breaks even.

Roger Ver has wasted millions of dollars on several ventures, like the fantastic idea of spamming the network to push his big blog agenda, so I wonder how much money he has lost at this point. He has for sure made a lot of money pump and dumping shitcoins tho. Overall I guess he still has 6 figures (of BTC)

I can pay up to one satoshi per word? LOL I would figure that Roger Ver has a lot, but didn't expect he has that many. That is almost (and soon will be) $1B in asset!

I think a lot of people are opening themselves up to a lot of harm, when they spread rumours like this. He pumped a lot of money into Bitcoin, when there were not a lot of interest. This has sparked a lot of interest, when we needed it. He has a strong opinion on a lot of stuff and his technical knowledge might not be on par with what other people are saying, but he knows enough to influence people and he has enough money to buy support. Let's give him a bit of credit for his positive contributions and frown on his negative contributions.

Obviously, there is no solid way to link him or Jihan to the spam attacks, but the following entities might have to do with the spam attacks. Very likely, Everything related to BU -- probably to "prove" how incapable Bitcoin is in current situation. Very likely, Miners themselves -- inflating the fees by pumping massive loads of spam transactions through the network. Less likely, Wealthy entities -- trying to force the price down (which isn't really working), or trying to push people towards altcoins.
