Why are so many people selling their BFL pre orders?

I don't get why someone would order a BFL and then try to sell it.

Confidence in when they will ship, even the early pre-orders, isn't the best. Given that and the potential for a big spike in hash difficultly coming some folks might be looking to cut their losses (or move into buy ASICMiner shares or trying to get an Avalon...). My 2c.
