I am Having Lots Of rejects While mining does no matter what it is.

This Is My Ftc
Your Valid: 4526
Invalid: 1395

I am running 5 7950 at 620 kh/s each
this is what my cgminer.bat looks like

cgminer.exe -o http://feathercoin.is-a-geek.com:8341 -u zzzz.1 -p xxxx --scrypt

Any Help would be Grateful
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Switching to a pool that supports the stratum protocol should reduce the number of rejections.  An example for feathercoin is www.multipool.in

However my rejections are still around 3.5%, which is higher than I've had mining other coins, albeit at different pools.

EDIT: On a second check, you can stay at the same pool.  Just use stratum+tcp://feathercoin.is-a-geek.com:3333 instead of the one you're currently using.
