You clearly lack of business sense. Your reputation is already dead. Move on.
Again DO Explain HOW it is dead ? No one can prove I scammed Anyone or even tried to do so. All my pictures are from a real Broker.

Jeez.
You really are giving yourself a bad name here.
The guy who you thought would vouch for you has even told you he wouldn't due to your immature and distinctly unprofessional attitude.
I'd, honestly, suggest you have this thread locked and move on. I don't believe this is happening for you.

+1 I understand your point. The guy who said who'd vouch for me does not know me, or my broker, has not done anything to validate his claims. Has not spoken to me, has not proven me wrong. People who did vouch for me (in a way no entirely) can be seen here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=202979.0I will not move on because there is no evidence against the fact that I am doing anything else other than what I am claiming. With that said I appreciate you taking your time in responding and letting your opinion be heard so Thank you

Again, I ask the simple question: why are you still here? You're obviously not going to sell a single car, and your entire thread is filled with either jabs at you or jabs at them by you. SO, I ASK: DO YOU STILL THINK YOU WILL SELL EVEN 1 CAR? BE OBJECTIVE-THE ANSWER IS NO. SO WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE???

If I disappear the accusations WILL hold some ground, so its rather good to stay and take the jabs & keep answering the accusations until I get my personal website Up & running for this. Remember the original intent of this thread was to ask for advice and to gauge the interest of the people here. While its clear that people are interested, but due to lack of knowledge or common sense their brains are shrouded by suspicions and a phobia of being scammed. Why am I here ? is the wrong question. What I plan to accomplish by keeping a failed 'Business Proposition' thread alive .. should be your qyuestion. With that said I'd like to bring this into light https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=206040.0

Hey, Guess What?! You might not be getting these pictures from a Google search, but these are 100% NOT pictures taken of ANY car in Beverly Hills. A new user messaged me (he registered just so he could call you on this scam, but he's still in newbie mode). He said that this picture: https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/582472_520130861354989_1096483340_n.jpgis of his friend's dealership in DUBAI, as in NOT BEVERLY HILLS. Its called "Diablto Motors" and if you look closely at the picture (above middle car in background) you can see a reflection with that sign. Now will you leave us alone? You are hands down the worst scammer I have ever seen. I don't understand why this is at the level its at. When more than 50% of the time is damage control...you can probably bet your name is mud and that you will NEVER "sell" a car here. I suppose you can keep trying if you want, but eventually we'll lost interest.

I'd like to give the credit to myself, but really it goes to "mdmx" who is still in newbie mode (I think we should ask the mods to expedite him on the whitelist). He created an account just to expose this idiot. Hats off to him.

LMAO if anyone lost money they deserved it is funny to look in my unread threads and catch up, but yeah we all called this scam about a week ago when he first posted LOL After that anyone wanted to take the risk that was their fault. I'm with you. If someone is selling something and the overwhelming (80%+) of the posts on their thread is accusing them [rightfully] as a scammer, and the OP is responding, essentially creating your stereotypical internet "debate", you should stay away. Especially since these "transactions" would have been in the six-figure range. This guy was an idiot, so I don't think anyone would have been dumb enough to send him money. But, in exposing scammers you have to consider the lowest common denominator-some people really are kind of dumb, and therefore very prone to being taken advantage of. That's why its always good to be suspisious and question the poster, even if you're not interested in whatever it is their pushing. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to the welfare of people and their money. Idiots will be idiots, and fall for a scam. But, if I can prevent that by questioning the OP, I will. Have to look out for the least-common denominator.

My opinion is that he might have something legitimate, convoluted but legitimate nevertheless. But he is so unprofessional and immature that the probable end result in any transaction with him will be very similar to being scammed. I can imagine all types of stupid noob mistakes, negligence and miscommunication between the customer, the actual broker, the seller and this legendary clown.
Some kids should grow some facial hair before even attempting to deal in the business world.

My opinion is that it was 100% a scam. He posted pictures that were not his, he lied, etc. And the best evidence I have is that [surprisingly] he made good on his promise to leave the forum forever after I exposed him yesterday.

Well it was clear that he wasn't the broker, he was just a referral getting commissions from the broker. The actual broker was Le Cruze. Le Cruze might have just pulled pictures off the internet instead of getting pictures from his customers to illustrate what type of cars are available for sale. Another possibility is that the owners had several brokers listing their cars. In any case, I see several plausible scenarios but I have no interest in further wasting time to confirm or disprove these possibilities. Whatever the case is, one thing is for sure: Legendster is highly unreliable even if it is a legitimate deal.

I think there are many intelligent people on this forum (as i hit the spacebar after "intelligent," a squiggly red line appeared beneath it -- typo ). Intelligent people tend to have both pretty developed sense of doubt and imagination. Take that along with a strict interpretation of "innocent until proven guilty," and you have the current situation on these boards: scammers who evade tags & bans because a plausible innocence scenario can always be imagined. I don't claim having a simple alternative -- i'd hate to be the accused in a court where judges decided my fate on nothing more than "sort'a seems guilty to me. Guilty!" But this is not a court where man's freedom is decided. This is not even a civil court, where the burden of proof is far more lax than "beyond a shadow of a doubt." The worst that can happen here is five red crosses plastered over your forum name. Worst case scenario for this user? Create a new account, and spend another month browsing this forum.
