Hello guys, quite new to the CryptoWorld.

I got some questions that perhaps you guys can help me with.

Why are there so many anon coins?

Zencash, zcash, dash, monero, pivx, bytecoin, verge, spectrecoin, and plenty more I believe.

Which one seems best and what differentiates the best ones?

1. Zcoin (zerocoin technology)
2. Zencash / Zcash / Zclassic (zeroknowledge technology)
3. Monero (cryptonote) - Cloakcoin (enigma)

because anon coin have good traction now, people love this features, because it help your privacy, i say zcash and monero are the best one, other are clone of this, monero is said to have the best anon features because of less centralization, instead zcash has a more "centralized anon", but both work good in the end

Anonymous coins are the new big trend. As it was in early crypto years, many people were drawn in by the chance to do their transactions without fear of being observed by institutions. Later on it proved that BTC(for example) transactions are practically not anonymous and agencies can get to you and prove your involvement in a transaction provided they invest enough time, effort and resources into this, like they did I think with Silk Road's owner a few years back.

The new anon coin trend is barely in its beginning, lots more projects will appear that concentrate on anonymity and out of them a few will emerge that will establish themselves for the long run.
