Is the HX750 good enough for two 7950s?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Barely yes, assuming you're using a bottom line processor and not overclocking.

Yes. And very high efficiency, so good choice imho.

I'm going to use the i5 3570k.

Do the math. Search for the power usage specs for your graphics cards, and your processor, and then factor in around 50-100 watts for fans, HDD's etc.
2a+b+c= x

is x > than 750, then no, if x < 750, then yes.

Please make a post in my Reputation Thread if we've had a successful trade.

7970+7950 with goes up to max 530w from the socket in my case. The HX750 will definitely be enough for your config for mining purposes. Your CPU has 77W TDP, so, you shouldn't worry at all.

Yes, its enough. Just don't OC your CPU.

There is plenty of OC room too. It might not even be possible to OC enough with only air cooling to exceed that PSU's rating.

Ok... The HX750 can give max of 600w at 80% of time, so 600w whenever we need it.

2x 7950 = 2x 400 (200 TDP - max stock) although count a high OC, and maybe slow voltage increase
3570k goes to 120W max (as I have concluded from reviews)

Which gets us to 520w. Rest falls on room to OC the GPU's, coolers, hdd.

Yes, its possible. Is it really, really adviseable, no.

The two cards itself, wont have issues no matter how much you OC them. Although packing a CPU and OCing it, and mining with it. Well is stupid IMO. Altho, this is all in case of the 2 running seperate. In crossfire they'd make wonders even with CPu oc.

What kind of logic is behind those numbers? This is just plain and simple math. Isn't the HX750 a 750W unit which means it will give that 750W 24/7 if needed and that means it will pull around 825W from the wall at 100% capacity with ~90% efficiency. You got the PSU efficiency rating wrong way.

7950x2 (400W) + CPU (77W) + 100W for the rest = 577W
750W - 577W = 173W overclocking room for the GPUs and the CPU. Thats gonna be enough.

If you are talking about no brand name china PSU, yes. However HX750 is OEM by seasonic. And with seasonic the wattage rating often means it will deliver 750W after efficiency calculation.

How hard can it be, this never ends!
PSU efficiency means what percentage of input energy it will be able to convert to usable low voltage range for you computer.
Thus a PSU with 90% efficiency will consume 1.1 times of its rated power from the wall when producing the rated power.
