I doubt that we can see any reply or update from OP,maybe he is done job with somebody through PM or this is just another thread which has the purpose to serve for signature spamming.I see this many time here and it is very simple way to make some money-usually newbie open thread like this and then with his alt accounts joined to some signature campaing start to spam with useless one line post.

I think its a copy paste using the spun article maybe for seo purposes that he want to post many website to post spun article..
This is i think what he want to do for paying $40 usd since hiring someone for seo are really needs a lots of investment..  and $40 usd is small for seo..

Yes. It's too small. My friend have to pay more than 50$ per day to keep his website stand at the 1st place on Google. And I think I know which website OP want us to seo for him )) maybe it's www.1ranksseo.com a website with a lot of trash method and scam method to earn money )) His main account got a lot of red trust when he tried to sell his method in this forum ))))
