I live in Bos and wasn't at the marathon but would like to offer a thread for anyone to discuss it.

you can still have an off topic thread as long as its in the right spot.  The wall movement tracker thread is one of the most viewed on here and people just babble off topic all day.  At least the OP has stated what the thread is about.  BTW that Boston Marathon completely seemed like sketchy business to me.  I even heard the day of the accident certain tactical teams in the area were running a drill where someone set off bombs at the marathon before it even started.
