Everyone will get the bonus as long as they keep their tokens in a wallet with a private key.

I might be an idiot for not understanding this but won't there be endless inflation if people get 0.1 % of what they spend as pay tokens. If I'm not mistaken people don't have to burn their pay tokens to get ether. Correct?
