welcome folks.. I am here with two money earning and money investment terms which most people are not aware of so I thought we should discuss about this too.
What is Active earning?
when you earn and gets played for how much time you worked. such as signature campaigns or faucts. that mean if you d not work they aren't gonna pay you.
What is Passive earning?
when you invest your money in something or somewhere in order to get some amount(mostly fixed amount) even wile you are not at work. such as investment or cloud mining.

if you are investing your coins then you should first understand the main difference between assets and liability, its like trading and shopping. assets help you make money but liability will consume some money even after you bought it.

so which one you doing active or passive?

Passive income can only be one that is

1) guaranteed
2) effortless
3) does not require any maintenance

People often call real state passive, but real state needs maintenance, it's pretty exhausting to keep everything in form, also guarantee the hosts aren't idiots that destroy your property.

I can't think of many true passive incomes other than parking spots, since they are simple and require next to zero maintenance, that's real passive.

I'm a combination of active and passive. I'm passive because I primarily earn from altcoin investments but at the same time I classify it as somewhat active because I perform trades relatively frequently but not on a crazy scale. I also spend a lot of active time doing research on new ICOs.

As seen on my signature, I am included in a signature campaign thus I am on the active earner. It is the best feeling when you work for your profit and all the effort pays off. I haven't done any passive earning such as investing because I do not have much bitcoin to spare. I have only few so I intend to hold them for a long while.

I like to earn Bitcoin in an active manner because the money is based on the tasks that I do instead of having to rely on someone to pay me for a certain task that I completed months ago. Don’t get me wrong passive Income is cool though I just prefer to get money paid to me up front instead of having to wait for it because they might not be active around that time.

i think i am in active earning and passive earning because i have doing trading which i can earn some profit in a day or a week and i think its include in active earning. for passive earning, i have some of coins that i am not already sell because i am trying to play long term as i know from time to time the price of my coins will be increase.

I am doing both. I am earning bitcoins from small dev. jobs (like bug fixing, or scripts making), looking for signature campaign now etc.

And also keeping earned bitcoins in long term. And when bitcoin price is going up I am earning my extra money...

Firstly, it is more like economy related discussion than anything. Secondly, we have to realize that the goal for us is to earn money passively.
There is an old saying - Money makes money. So if you are poor investor your profits won't be great either.
Is is rather sad to see posts from people who have less that $100 and expect to gain 1000% simply by investing in some random project.

I'm doing both,but would like to concentrate more on the passive income because this is where the big money comes in with little work at your part,even if you are sleeping there's money coming in ,rich people have more passive income to get them richer every day.

I currently only have active earning for myself right now, both with crypto and in my job that I have in real life right now. Not the best situation considering that I'm kind of behind on some things, but I don't think it really matters all that much. Stuff should be turning around eventually and I don't think that I'll be forced into just using active earning for very long. Should be getting into some passive stuff sometime soon.

Agreed, based on the investment capability one can make the earning to be active or passive. I consider the bitcoin as an source for active earning and then investment is done from the active earning made through different ways starting from faucets, captchas to trading.

You can define Active earning as any sort of Business Venture that utilizes BTC or Satoshi as currency.

Mostly passive, I hold 90% of my Bitcoins, put the rest into altcoins and trading, where only 1% is actively traded. I started saving Bitcoins back when the price was $300, so I guess the investments paid out pretty well.

I would rather stay passive, if I were to trade, I would mostly likely end up with losses as I do not monitor the price all the time and have not enough experience in trading. Holding is the best option for me.

Active earnings is a method which is like employee, getting a salary/wages every 15/30 of the month or sometimes weekly. While Passive income it produce profit which is an assets giving us good earnings without our effort. like example you have your own renting apartment but there is liability every month.

I prefer passive income, because passive income, does not need time and energy is great. We just have to be smart to allocate our money for the right investment and certainly profitable

I choose Active learning because I have a current signature campaign so that is the only way I earn my bitcoin and I don't choose passive earning because I do not really understand about investment so Im a little afraid to invest my coins.
