Depends on amount of fee u put in transaction.
If its too low, it can never be confirmed and you will wait 48-64 hours to "cancell" transaction and get ur funds back to old address.
If its just low, you will wait long time for it to confirm on new address.

You can consider your transaction as a "stucked" one. This is caused because you paid very low transaction fee rates and your transaction will take a couple of days to get confirmations (if any).

I'll just recommend you to use the https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/, it helped me to get my transaction confirmed. But you must be quick to input your txid and that happens every round hour, so next would be 4:00am, then 5:00am and you have to post it max 2seconds after it hits 4:00am.

Watch out next time with the fees, I don't know what wallet are you using but blockchain has screwed me over once and keeps doing the same thing every time (low recommended fee) but since then I'm checking it every time.

Since there are many such unconfirmed transactions taking place even in transaction backlog, most of the users use ViaBTC tool. I just tried to enter your transaction in ViaBTC tool but I can see that there are already 14 confirmations for this transaction.

Since you cant use the viabtc because of its limited use only maybe you can contact this person https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1934749 they have service to push your TX. Note that I didnt use his service bit seeing the replys of others he seems legit.

Just be patient in using viabtc, thats normal happening since there are many people are also using the system. There are many transaction are stuckup as of the moment, thats why if you are in a hurry, just add some additional pay.
