I do not understand what your intentions are but this type of business requires a lot of funds and good banking relationship, this goes beyond having the script alone.

These type of web wallet scripts are hard to come by online and can be only be custom made by a developer. Why would you want a script like this in the first place? Lots of work with the bank, API development etc is necessary.

It's not a script, it is a platform and it's a complicated one that can't be done only by one person but it's needed a team.

And how do you think to "generate" the bitcoin debit card with a script, I think you don't fully understand how these things works and what collaboration you need to make with banks in order to get the plastic cards and the deposit/withdraws.

i know about bitdeal ..bitdeal provide exchanger script.something like localbitcoin or paxful but i already have an exchanger site...

about the bank..legal stuffs..its not a big deal for me.. and the bank asked me to make a deposite to get custum card

what i want is a good software not a 10$ script ..
