before the PBOC says the suspension of withdrawal was decided by the big three themselves, and now as btc withdrawal resumed, all are curious if the PBOC allowed them to do so.  OKcoin says they resumed btc withdrawal without the admission of the PBOC. But some insiders say it's like to do PR for the PBOC.
